Abstract

It is with great pleasure that I extend my greetings to all of you who participate in the dialogue. Music is an important aspect in the promotion of cross-cultural activity and in the development of understanding as between nations and peoples. Music enthralls our hearts; however, music would be soul-stirring if it is abounding with inherent harmony; i.e. successive tones within each musical phrase should maintain 'concordance'. This is not all; music should be packed with that power which would smash life monotony and invigorate the humans with ' varieties'.
